Reborn Legion

Overview

The Reborn Legion doesn't let anything stay dead. Their cards return from the discard pile, their stations regenerate, and their units fight harder the more damage they've taken. Playing against the Legion feels like fighting a war you've already lost -- every victory you score just feeds their recursion engine.

The Legion's identity is attrition through persistence. They're not fast, and they're not flashy. They're just... still there, every single turn, with more resources than they had the turn before.

Playstyle

• Cards that return from discard or gain bonuses when replayed
• Stations that regenerate health and revive destroyed units
• Mechanics that reward you for losing cards, stations, or health
• An inevitability engine that makes long fights heavily favor you

Lore

The Reborn Legion was an accident -- or a miracle, depending on which hive you ask. When a dying brood cluster's queen discovered a way to reanimate fallen warriors through a parasitic fungal symbiosis, the Sovereignty faced an uncomfortable choice: destroy the abomination, or weaponize it.

They chose the latter. Today the Legion fields armies of reanimated bioforms -- organisms that were dead, are technically still dead, and fight with the unsettling single-mindedness of things that have nothing left to lose. Their enemies find them deeply disturbing. The Sovereignty finds them extremely cost-effective.
